Ron Hamilton, Margaret Macneil, Malcolm Louch, Mark Hegarty

Ron Hamilton, Founder — led the development of the world’s first daily disposable contact lens. His manufacturing patents are used by B&L for the manufacture of monthly and daily disposable lenses.

Mark Hegarty, Managing Director — an experienced director in the pharmaceutical industry, led the development of daysoft® and the scale-up of manufacture with sales now into 60 countries.

Malcolm Louch, Director of Professional Services — a fully qualified Optometrist with extensive contact lens design and clinical trial management experience.

Margaret Macneil, Customer Services Manager — led the development of order processing and the supply management of daysoft® lenses since launch in 2001.
